Our Founder
ACE Academy was created by Deloria Nelson-Streete, known as Coach Dee, a human resources, leadership, and culture executive with nearly 30 years of experience helping organizations develop people, strengthen workplace cultures, and build more effective leaders.
Throughout her career, including leadership roles with organizations such as Walt Disney World and Charles Schwab, Deloria has seen firsthand the difference high-quality learning and development can make. She has also seen the challenge organizations face when they want to invest in their people but are constrained by time, budgets, and limited internal resources.
That challenge became especially clear through her work as curriculum designer and facilitator for the Black Boardroom Leadership Institute, where she worked alongside nonprofit leaders doing extraordinary work in their communities. The need was clear: organizations wanted relevant, high-quality professional development, but traditional training models were not always practical, scalable, or affordable.
ACE Academy was created to help close that gap. With 500+ on-demand micro-courses, organizations can provide practical learning across leadership, communication, customer service, workplace effectiveness, health & wellness, and more—giving employees opportunities to build skills and grow without taking them away from the work that matters.
